Water Currents: This series was executed over a period of five years when I began my interest in observing the water flow of a small creek and eventually the Niagara River. Rivulets, whirlpools, small eddies, and waterfalls. These places I revisited many a time and watched as they changed over the course of seasons, periods of drought and flood. I find water has a double meaning for me: both cleansing and theraputic, yet also overwhelming and overpowering.
