Surfacing: The Surfacing installation is an expression of my total experience with water. Four 17 foot long drawings on transparent and semi-transparent mylar depict swimmers in varying depths of water and forms of activity. They are placed four feet apart such that the viewer can walk amongst them capturing glimpses of a nude body fragmented by sunlight and water while a clothed swimmer practices rhythmic strokes alongside.
